About SNWL
Who We Are
The Squash Niagara Women’s League is a dynamic and growing community of female squash players who share a passion for competitive play, personal development, and camaraderie. With over 30 members and counting, we provide a structured and competitive environment where women can challenge themselves, improve their game, and connect with like-minded athletes. Our league meets every Tuesday night at Ridley College and welcomes players of all skill levels who are eager to engage in competitive squash.
Our History
The league was established to fill a gap in the Niagara region, creating a space where women could play squash competitively while fostering a strong sense of sportsmanship and community. Over the years, we have grown steadily, attracting players from across the region who are looking for a fun yet competitive squash environment.

"What do I enjoy most about the Niagara Women’s Squash league?
Hands down, the people! Over decades of playing in the league have resulted in friends of all ages. While love of the game is motivation for a healthy lifestyle, the fun and excitement always extends beyond the court. Team members cheer and coach and get together after the matches. Considerable effort goes into making the teams equal and competitive so games are challenging and matches are exciting."
